Flamebloc® GS
100
has
been developed for commercial applicators who treat
fabric and textiles for fire retardancy. The product is
highly Concentrated
and should be diluted
with water before application. - The diluted product can
be applied to both synthetic or natural fabrics. Fabric
treated properly with this product will meet the
requirements of NFPA
701.
Flamebloc® GS101 has been developed for use with
Synthetic fibers (carpet, draperies, wall
coverings, rayon, polyester, most synthetic and blends).
Synthetic fibers that are properly treated with this
product will meet the requirements of NFPA
701.
Flamebloc® GS 102
has been designed for use on
Natural fibers (cotton). Natural fibers
that are properly treated with this product will meet
the requirements of NFPA
701.
Wood Flamebloc® GS
200
has been developed for use on most
types of raw woods and other cellulose type materials to
obtain a Class A fire rating.
The product is an interior product, but can be applied
in an exterior environment if top coated with an
approved exterior coating..
Flamebloc® GS
201
has been developed for use on most types of raw
woods or other cellulose type materials to obtain a
Class B fire rating. The product is an interior
product, but can be applied in an exterior
environment if top coated with an approved
exterior coating. |

Paper
Flamebloc®
GS 301 has been designed to
treat all types of paper products including those
used in the construction industry. Paper products
that are properly treated with this product will meet
the requirements of ASTM E-84 for construction, and/or
NFPA701 for other applications.
Leather Flamebloc® GS 400 has been
designed to treat leather upholstery and other products
where regulations require specific fire ratings.
Leather products that are properly treated with
this product will meet the requirements of FAA 25.86
(60-second vertical burn test).
Universal
coating
Flamebloc®
GS 500 has been designed to
adhere to a multitude of
surfaces requiring fire protection. This product
offers an extremely high level of fire protection by
forming a thick layer of insulating material when
exposed to fire or extreme heat.
This protects the the substrate
from being exposed to the fire. This product is an
interior product, but can be applied in an exterior
environment if top coated with an approved exterior
coating. |

Adhesive
Flamebloc®
GS 503 has been designed for
use when fire retardant adhesives are required. The
product offers excellent adhesive and fire retardant
properties, and is a quick-dry, water-resistant
material.
Plastics
& Coatings: Powder Additive

600 has been designed for use as an
additive for plastics, composites, laminates, etc. The
product can be added before extrusion or during various
formulation stages to impart fire retardant properties
in the finished plastic or composite
