A  statement from Michael Kiser, President of Flame Seal: 

 ^{"As many of you know, Flame Seal Products, Inc. and IFTI (International Fireproof Technology, Inc.) were engaged in litigation that ended with a jury trial in May.  I know that many shareholders were confused by the press release issued by IFTI claiming that it had won the lawsuit.  At that time I told you that I believed IFTI had lost the lawsuit and we expected a ruling against IFTI from the Court.  I also told you I was not going to publicly discuss the matter until we obtained a ruling from the Court.  Now that day has come.  I am pleased to announce that on August 12, 2011, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas ruled in favor of Flame Seal and entered a final judgment that IFTI recover nothing.  I understand IFTI spent over one million dollars on lawyers and expert witnesses in pursuing its claims against Flame Seal.  IFTI leaves the courthouse with nothing but legal bills.
