Due to Current OEM Program Developments and
Imminent Growth
Requirements, Flame Seal Products Begins Integrating Its High-Level
Management Team

Flame Seal's OEM Program, 2 years
in the making, is
fast
approaching a level of demand that is beyond the current staff. Thus
the planned expansion outlined in previous press releases is being
enacted. Some members of this new expanded team have recently been
working on Flame Seal's behalf in an unofficial capacity to assist this
difficult process and transition.
Flame Seal's President: "It is now time to make a number of decisions
that move us toward full implementation of our expansion plan, to
achieve absolute readiness for what lies ahead. With smaller OEM's
maturing into sales, and a number of larger OEM clients very close to
implementation, our #1 priority now is to assure we can serve these new
customers. Therefore, we must make the move now to begin bringing these
high level personnel into the Company and integrate their talents into
our system as quickly as possible. The timing is such that, in my
judgment, the cost of making this move is no longer an issue."
Flame Seal's President is beginning a series of meetings to finalize
the process of bringing the new team members together, beginning with
meetings to be held in NY & NJ next week, along with joint meetings
with OEM's in the region.
A news release will be issued at the end of September outlining the
results of these meetings. Subsequent actions regarding Flame Seal's
new management team will be reported as they occur.
More information will be released shortly on
other related expansion
activities and developments, details of which are being decided upon in
the next few days.
A personal message from the President to current shareholders: "I know
many of our valued shareholders find themselves getting anxious about
what is happening, or even worrying when news is quiet for a few weeks,
as has just occurred. Rest assured, in this case this is a good thing.
We are so busy here at the Corporate offices that new OEM clients'
demands take all the time our present team has, including burning a lot
of "midnight oil", as it were. This is a difficult task, and sometimes
priorities dictate to us, rather than the other way
around. I am sorry that sometimes leaves our "owners" anxious. But, be
of good cheer, as all is very well, and be assured there are no
negatives at "headquarters"! So, please be patient with your team, and
stay with us for the long haul. I firmly believe everyone will be very
glad they did..."
