Flame Seal's Executive Team is Now Confirmed, and All Members Are on Board

CURRENT NEWS ITEM

INTERIM REPORT: Flame Seal's President has completed meetings with all prospective new members of the Company's "expansion" management team. Everyone is now on board, and the group is in agreement with the direction and plans of the Company. As of this week, the group serves as an "Advisory Committee" to Flame Seal's President, as the logistics for proper transitions from existing (or former) employers is completed by attorneys. Names and Resumes will be released as each member takes their formal positions within the Company in the coming weeks as the business develops, and as requirements dictate.

From the President: "In the meetings last week in NY and in Houston, the Advisory Committee has provided immediate value to Flame Seal by contributing contacts and advise that will make the (1)negotiations with the larger, hi-volume OEM clients much more efficient as well as timely. I could not be more pleased that we have this group now with us, and, further that they have agreed to serve in this manner IMMEDIATELY, even before all the logistics are complete!

This certainly bodes well for the efficiency of our OEM program, and our future, since management personnel are the number one ingredient for success, once a superior product is established. The product part of the equation has been proven. Now we have the Management as well."

(1)This trip to firm up commitments from the expansion Executive Staff was prompted by the fact that three of the Company's large OEM clients have reached final negotiations over price & delivery issues. Advise from the many years of international experience represented by this group is needed for the best results. More details will be released as they occur with regard to these large OEM developments as well as the members of the Advisory Committee.
