 FLAME SEAL EXECUTES PLANS FOR MAJOR PRODUCTION FACILITIES EXPANSION

CURRENT NEWS ITEM:

FLAME SEAL PRODUCTS, INC. is in the process of accelerating its Business Plan due to recent developments with four major projects.  The Company has hired the services of a Houston consultant group to locate and secure a new, larger facility to accommodate materially increased production requirements commencing in early 2010, based upon existing quotas, anticipated contractual agreements and updated client forecasts.  Flame Seal’s President, Mike Kiser, comments:

“The encouraging developments at Flame Seal are accelerating.  Based on existing Contract Quotas, client forecasts that we have now received, a major contract that has been agreed to and is being drawn up as I write this, as well as another major Contract that is being handled by SPI, our partner in the Spray Applied Polyurethane Foam Industry, Flame Seal is in the process of acquiring an additional facility on the outskirts of Houston, Texas to increase our total manufacturing space by 400%.  This will provide the manufacturing and laboratory space to increase our production capacity to over $50 Million annually.  Mark Parrinello, our Engineer, has completed the design of the first production system for the new facility, and will begin the process of procurement once a contract is executed on the new location.  The facility will accommodate four systems, which will be controlled by our automation system which has already been built and programmed (see former releases). ”Based upon positive feedback, the growing endorsement and acceptance of Flame Seal’s products and its code-driven marketing initiative, as well as a couple of recent surprise developments, 2010 is shaping up to be a banner year.  Details regarding these new developments, contracts and forecasts that prompted these actions will be discussed in a follow-up press release on October 22, 2009.”
