FLAME SEAL PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES FILING / DISCLOSURE
ACCOUNT INITIATED. FINANCIAL &
BUSINESS REPORTS AVAILABLE BY YEAR END.
CURRENT NEWS ITEM:
Flame Seal Products, Inc. has established a
filing / disclosure account within the OTC Disclosure News Services System,
which is scheduled to be enabled early next week. Financials & Business Reports are in final revue, and will be
ready for upload next week.
Stockholders will be able to view the reports at Pinksheets.com within
24 hours of upload.

“First of all, I would
like to wish all of our stockholders a very Merry Christmas! I am extremely excited to be able to tell
you all that, even though we (unexpectedly) became incredibly busy this month, with
some large “year-end” orders, production, new properties, finances, logistics,
new employee training, as well as negotiations on new agreements (as mentioned
in the last release), we are finally finished with the adjustments to our
Business Reports. As noted above,
everything is going through one last review, and will be available to you
before year’s end, so you can start 2010 with the confidence that your FLMP investment
is the real deal.“By the way, just to reiterate recent press
releases, this will be the first step in our plan to become a fully reporting
company, and this system that OTC Disclosure News Services has designed allows
us to upload additional information whenever we chose, or whenever it is
appropriate. This is the essence of the
plan I mentioned recently, to take advantage of this new system that is so well
designed for companies like us. This
first filing will move us to LIMITED INFORMATION status, and when we have added
enough information, PKOTC reviewers will elevate FLMP to CURRENT INFORMATION
status. As I mentioned before,
statistics show LIMITED INFORMATION stocks trade at an average of 50 times the
dollar volume of NO INFORMATION stocks (our status until now). This is for obvious reasons of transparency. This change will benefit us all for 2010 and
beyond. Besides, the business
developments require this move now to maximize FLMP’s exposure and clarify its
image.
