CURRENT NEWS ITEM:

On January 28, 2003, FLAME SEAL PRODUCTS, INC. of Houston, Texas, USA, and ATLAS REFINERY, INC. of Newark, New Jersey, USA, entered into an exclusive distribution agreement. The agreement establishes Atlas Refinery, Inc. as the global, exclusive distributor of Leather Seal™, Flame Seal’s established fire retardant for leather upholstery in aircraft, trains, automobiles and furniture. Atlas Refinery, Inc., founded in 1887, is a well-established supplier of tanning oils, lubricants and auxiliaries for the worldwide Leather Industry. They are an aggressive, innovative company with a focus on product development to remain at the leading edge of tanning and fire resistive technologies. This agreement establishes a unified effort between the two companies to better serve the global Leather marketplace.

This agreement is the first of its kind for Flame Seal Products, and it represents the beginning of a new phase of business development for the Company, in keeping with the “key” strategy of seeking alliances with strong corporations well established in specific target industries
NOTICE: Some shareholders have reported having difficulties completing a trade. BACKGROUND:
FLAME SEAL PRODUCTS, INC. (FLMP) became a public company and began trading March 27, 2000 on the OTC (Non-BB “Pink Sheets”) stock market. Flame Seal Products, Inc. is the Transfer Agent of record. The Company is working on its form 10SB, along with related S.E.C. requirements, and plans to move onto the Bulletin Board as soon as possible, and then to the American Stock Exchange in the near future.
After 6 years of R&D, resulting in the development of a series of products that have become internationally recognized as among the best fire protection products in the world, the Company shifted its focus from R&D to Marketing and Sales in 1999. In 2001 the Company refined its focus to its most effective core products: Leather fire protection, Electrical cable fire protection in refineries, Fabric fire protection and FX100 fire barrier coatings for plastics & cellulose materials. In 2003 the Company began finalizing alliances with major distributors / marketers in key industries.
The “key” business strategy of Flame Seal is to create alliances with larger corporations, which quickly enhances the strength of the Company in each market by employing the networks for marketing, sales, applications, etc. that already exist within the structure of such Corporations.
