First Quarter Sales up 25% from the First Quarter 2003, and orders for the Second Quarter are already 300% of sales figures from last year’s Second Quarter… already surpassing sales for all of 2003.

CURRENT NEWS ITEM:

A few late First Quarter commitments have rolled into the second quarter and have now been confirmed for April, keeping Flame Seal on track with plans to regain the sales and momentum of 2001, that were interrupted by September 11th events. The result has the First Quarter up 25% compared to last year, while the second Quarter is looking very strong with a 300% improvement, when compared to 2003. The Company’s minimum goal of exceeding $1Million in sales this year appears on track, as sales + delivery commitments as of April are $400,000 for the year, already surpassing sales for all of 2003. Performance on all deliveries should be complete before the end of May, while only taxing less than 40% of current production capacity.

Current Partnerships are progressing well. Primary focal points are Aircraft and Petrochemical Refineries, while the Company continually seeks new partnership opportunities in target markets, such as the current effort in the Furniture Industry.

The Company is working on its form 10SB, along with related S.E.C. requirements, and plans to move onto the Bulletin Board as soon as possible, and then to the American Stock Exchange in the near future.
