Flame Seal has successfully completed delivery and installation of its FBS-J product for Alyeska Pipeline Services Company in Alaska.

CURRENT NEWS ITEM: 
The anticipated shipment of FBS-J product for Actuators, Conduits, Switches and Control Boxes at the critical central Pump Station for the Alyeska Pipeline Company in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska was delivered and installed in late July.  The project engineering and installation was performed by Flame Seal’s strategic partner, Bristol Engineering of Anchorage, AK.  The local Flame Seal distributor, STI Alaska, was the seller, handling communications and coordination of the parties involved.  Mike Kiser, President of Flame Seal served as Flame Seal’s on-site technical advisor during the installation.

Flame Seal’s FBS-J covering material was used to protect critical Valve Actuators that control 48” valves which coordinate the flow of oil gathered from all Alaskan Oil Fields.  Pump Station One is the first, and most critical stage in the Alaskan Pipeline.

OTHER NEWS:  Leather Seal sales to the Aerospace Industry have shown a steady increase this year, through Flame Seal’s strategic partner and global distributor, Atlas Refinery, Inc. (New Jersey).  Other segments of the Aerospace Industry, which became a focus of Flame Seal’s marketing plan 2 years ago, are reporting strong results and probable use of Flame Seal’s FX-100 product in numerous applications.  Results will be reported in upcoming news releases as testing and specific uses are confirmed.  

The Company is currently negotiating with CPA firms to perform an update on Flame Seal’s financial audits, for the purpose of filing Form 10SB and obtain a listing on the OTC Bulletin Board early in 2005, then subsequently, on to the American Stock Exchange.
