Flame Seal Products' Sales Commitments Now Exceeding the $1 Million Mark, with Another $1.7 Million Eminent

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 24, 2007--

After a brief slow-down during the Holidays, progress resumed with Flame Seal Products' continuing development of its new focus on OEM accounts reaching the $1 million mark. As stated by the President, Michael Kiser, in recent interviews, this takes the Company past its BEP to profitability for the coming year. Flame Seal is currently working with 25 Companies representing aerospace, furniture, wood, paper, fabric, leather, Oil Rigs, Log Homes, Foam Materials, Plastics, Building Materials, and Containers. 

Contracts and firm commitments are secured for $1 million in sales for the next 12 months. Among the above noted 21 Companies, 3 have verbally committed to another $1.7 million contingent upon Flame Seal's performance. It is anticipated that these will be "in hand" firm commitments in 30-60 days, as all have stated the need for a June start date. (These 3 clients represent "annual" sales of over $3.7 million. $1.7 million is projected for 2007 based on the June start dates.) More will be announced as details develop.  

Larger accounts are also in latter stages of development, representing significant additional sales for this year.
