Flame Seal's President Visits Primary OEM Projects in NE and Canada, with Excellent Results, as Size and Scope of Projects Grow

CURRENT NEWS ITEM:

As noted in the previous press release, Flame Seal visited its primary OEM clients during the week of April 16. The previously outlined plans for factory implementation in July appears on target. Further, the scope of the flooring and mattress projects were expanded significantly by the clients, with additional work now in negotiation and development. The primary thrust of the expanded scope of work for two clients focuses on furniture, which is driven by new and more strictly enforced fire safety regulations in those industries.

From the President: "First of all, I would like to apologize for the time that has passed since the last release, but we are at that stage of this work that demands so much of us that I have to adjust priorities to serve these new clients above all else, since that is what we have worked for, and that is what the hopes of our stockholders are truly based upon. Having said that, I will try to be more timely with news events in the future. As for my recent trip, here's where we are now with our Company...

Considering recent developments with companies now working with Flame Seal, plus the expanding requirements of Flame Seal's primary OEM clients, the entirety of the OEM program is now demonstrating a long-term value of $60-80 million annual sales. This is based on 25-30 client projects now in the works.

Once this level of business matures, those results will grow significantly as Flame Seal brings more and more clients into it OEM program. Since fire protection is so important, and so needed by virtually every industry, every structure, and every household, there is almost no limit to our potential. This, dear shareholders, is exciting to me. More 'sooner'..."
