Dear Mr. Kiser:

One (1) fabric sample, identified as 50/50 COTTON / POLYESTER BLEND, UPHOLSTERY FABRIC TREATED WITH FLAME SEAL'S FABRIC SEAL (S), was received and tested in accordance with the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Regulations for Compartment Interiors, Par. 25.853 Appendix F Part I, Section a (1) (ii)    (12 Second Ignition Time).

The results are as follows:

The sample submitted meets the minimum requirements of the above standard.  The average burn length may not exceed 8.0 inches, the average after flame time may not exceed 15.0 seconds, and the drippings may not average more than 5.0 seconds.
